We want you to be happy with your deck.

30-Day Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unopened HYA Action Deck within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, reach out through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return shipping instructions. Once we receive the item in its original, unopened condition, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your deck arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Send us a photo and your order number and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Opened Decks

Because our decks are physical products, we're unable to accept returns on opened items unless the deck arrived damaged.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
